Add Parametric Leader

To create a "smart" leader line whose text is linked to a property of an element.

How to Use:

1. Navigate to the Draw > Add Parametric Leader menu.
2. The cursor changes to a pointing hand. The status bar prompts: "Step 1 of 2 - Click on a master element...".
3. Click on the element (e.g., a duct, a terminal) you want the leader to get its data from.
4. A "Parameter Selection" dialog appears, listing all available properties for that element. Select the parameter you want to display (e.g., `flow_rate`) and click "OK".
5. The status bar updates: "Step 2 of 2 - Click to set shoulder point (text location)". A preview of the leader line appears.
6. Click on the canvas where you want the leader's text to be placed.
7. The leader is created. If the linked property on the master element changes, the leader's text will update automatically.
