Batch Print to PDF...

To automate the creation of multiple PDF drawings from different project views and states.

How to Use:

1. Navigate to the File > Batch Print to PDF... menu.
2. The "Batch Print to PDF" dialog opens.
3. From the "Print View" dropdown, select the predefined drawing area you want to print.
4. In the "Select View States to Print" list, check the boxes for all the states you want to generate a PDF for.
5. Click the "Browse..." button to select a destination folder for the output PDFs.
6. Adjust the Title, Font Size, and other settings as needed.
7. Click "OK". The application will generate a separate PDF file for each selected state in the chosen folder.
