Show Levels Palette

To display a dockable window (palette) for quick access to project levels.

How to Use:

1. Navigate to the Project > Show Levels Palette menu.
2. The "Levels" palette will appear on the screen.
3. This palette lists all defined levels. You can click on a level in the palette to make it the active drawing level.
