Create Space

To define a room or area boundary for calculations, scheduling, and organization.

How to Use:

1. Navigate to Spaces > Create Space.
2. The cursor changes to a crosshair.
3. Click on the canvas to define the corners of the space boundary.
4. Continue clicking to add more vertices.
5. Right-click or double-click to close the polygon and finish.
6. A dialog may appear prompting you to name the space and set properties.

Notes:

• Spaces are used for room-based calculations (e.g., cooling loads, lighting).
• Elements within a space can be automatically associated with it.
• Space visibility can be toggled via View > Show Spaces.
