State Manager...

To create, edit, and manage view states that control visibility of layers, systems, and elements.

How to Use:

1. Navigate to View > State Manager...
2. The State Manager dialog opens, showing a list of saved view states.
3. To create a new state:
   • Configure the current view (show/hide layers, systems, etc.).
   • Click Save Current or New.
   • Enter a name for the state (e.g., "HVAC Only", "Electrical Layout").
4. To apply a state, select it and click Apply or double-click.
5. To delete a state, select it and click Delete.

Notes:

• View states are used extensively in PDF exports and printing.
• States save the visibility of DXF layers, systems, element types, and more.
